At Accord Salud, we progress with you and for you, bringing Health Care Prepayment within reach of your hands.

This app enables you to carry your digital credential with you wherever you go. It will be useful with service providers at Own Centers, network providers, pharmacies, and indeed, in all our services. The digital credential will be accepted just like the plastic credential.

Through the application, you can keep your personal information up to date and access the list of emergency phone numbers.

With this new app, you can perform a series of procedures from the palm of your hands, without the need to visit a management agency. You will have services such as:

• Search for pharmacies, clinics, professionals by name or specialty;
• Access the general network directory;
• Select favorite providers for quick access to them as if it were a contact list;
• View the status of requested reimbursements;
• Request appointments at own clinics, online medical prescriptions, authorizations for medical orders;
• Access and download your imaging and laboratory studies;
• View the status of your billing and Payment Vouchers;
• And much more.
